Fixing My Wife's Timex Ironman Watch

I’ve been playing with creating (Youtube) videos, including merging a couple together with the Windows 10 Photos App. So I present to you me fixing (replacing) the watch band on my wife’s Timex Ironman watch:

This is two videos stitched together (which I learned how to do here) with a transition image I made with Paint.NET.

I ordered both the replacement band and watch repair tool on Amazon. Funny enough both cost about as much as a new watch would’ve cost, but I wanted to learn the process. Plus, if I have to do it again, I’ll already have the tool.
